Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We can take orders for modifications or custom designs, but they may subject to different pricing. The time required to make custom orders will also vary as all of our products are hand-crafted. Please reach out through our Contact Us page and we can provide a free estimate. 

What's your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of all our products. We'll provide a full refund for any products that you're not satisfied with and always welcome feedback on how we can improve our products.

Where do you ship? What are your shipping times/costs?

We current offer fixed shipping rates to Canada ($15 CAD), the US ($12 US) and the UK (£18). We're working on establishing flat shipping rates for other countries as well.

Note we manufacture and ship all our items out of Canada and buyers are responsible for any duties or import fees.

Are these items non-toxic/safe for infants and young toddlers?

We use non-toxic paints in all our products. However some products, especially sensory fillers, are potential choking hazards. Our products are recommended for ages 3 and up and children should be supervised at all times during play.
